Sickness Absence and Sustainable Return to Work Pilot
Help us understand what works when it comes to return to work.
We are looking to connect with large organisations in Yorkshire and the Humber to take part in a new pilot study to improve the support and return to work process provided to employees on long-term sick leave and following their return to work.
Funded by the NIHR and in collaboration with Loughborough University, the University of Sheffield, University of Leicester and RDaSH NHS Trust. The study is based on the latest evidence and research from leading workplace health experts across the UK.
CIPD Working with Long COVID
Effecting an estimated 1.3 million people, long COVID poses a significant challenge for individuals and employers. We collaborated with the University of Sheffield, the long covid support group and the CIPD to develop an evidence review and practical guidance for individuals, groups, line managers and organisational professionals.

As Business in the Community's (BITC) Research partner, we delivered the report and literature review in partnership with the BITC Wellbeing Leadership Team and supported by the CIPD.
