Emma Donaldson-Feilder, Joanna Yarker and Rachel Lewis are a team of occupational psychologists who recognise the importance of delivering sound and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

We set up Affinity Health at Work in 2006 because we strongly believe that both employers and employees benefit from creating healthy workplaces. Having gained experience and expertise in a range of health at work topics, we offer our skills and knowledge to help you create healthier workplaces.

As well as the core team of Emma, Joanna and Rachel, we work with a wide network of associates to enable us to resource each project with the right balance of expertise.
